Meeting at ISPH

This morning, the collective of teachers in ISPH been gathered for an informative meeting and re-start of classes. Mr. Fidele Poutou was present in this meeting.

Working for CNE

Since August 28, Mr. Fidele Poutou was engaged in the electoral commission. He worked in the village of Utende. People in this village don´t know BAILUNDO and HUAMBO, but they know KIBALA, WAKU and LUANDA.
