In Luena, Mr. Fidele Poutou participated to the closure of the AGOSTO CIENTÍFICO 2013 that took place at ESP, in the presence of the secretary of state for higher education and the secretary of state for health

The path to Moxico

Mr. Fidele Poutou reached Luena aboard the train to the closing ceremony of the 1st Conference of Scientific (AGOSTO CIENTIFICO 2013) of José Eduardo University.
