In recent days, Mr. Fidele Poutou was working in the city of Benguela. He was invited to attend the conference with the health theme "TECNÓLOGOS DE SAÚDE, POR UMA ATENÇÃO CUIDADA NO DIAGNÓSTICO E TERAPÊUTICA DE PATOLOGIAS", and that´s the "IIIº CONGRESSO NACIONAL DE VALÊNCIA EM TECNOLOGIAS DA SAÚDE". Mr. Fidele Poutou was there with the dean of ISPH (Mr. Bonifácio Vissetaca) and others colleagues.
